Because our credentials are important to you, here's some background information on each of us.

Catherine

I'm a Senior Manager for a large Financial Services Organisation, with a degree in Business, Psychology and Law.

I've been involved in recruitment for nearly 21 years.

During that time, I've interviewed about 650 people, for positions ranging from Trainee to Senior Executive. I haven't kept a note, but I estimate I've read about 1,600 CVs/resumes and job application forms!

I always encourage unsuccessful candidates to ask for feedback. Many do. Some come back for another job and some of them I've taken on!

That's why I wanted to develop this site -- so that people just like you can learn how to succeed with resumes/CVs and win at interviews.

I'm a Human Resource Consultant in the same firm as Catherine.

I've been in HR for 17 years, starting as an HR Advisor.

I've worked alongside Catherine for several years, mostly in relation to recruitment. But I also cover all other Departments in our Company (we have over 21,000 employees) so can bring my varied experience to this site.
