Here's our first sample resignation letter. It's short, simple and to the point, ideal when you're addressing the letter to an HR or Personnel Department with which you don't have a close working relationship.

Here's our second resignation letter example. Use this when you want your employer to let you go immediately, without having to work your notice.

This being the case, I'd like to ask you to waive my notice period and relieve me of my duties immediately. I will of course ensure my duties are handed over prior to my leaving.
